The Manchester Polymer Group

Who we are and What we do

The Manchester Polymer Group (MPG) is a local section of the IOM3 focusing on meeting the needs of its membership with polymer interests in the Greater Manchester (and Lancashire) area.

The MPG exists to advance and develop all aspects of science, engineering, technology and design as applied to the development, processing, application and sustainability of polymeric materials within the area.

The MPG will also promote and support the education, training and practice in the polymer discipline and will disseminate knowledge pertaining in the polymer area within the geographical area.

The MPG aims to support its members in career development, develop opportunities for networking and promote the benefits of membership to retain and increase membership of the section.
